Describe Flavio: Flavio has a huge range of pots, plants, fencing, letterboxes, porcelain tiles, wood ovens, powder coating, breeze blocks and custom laser cut screens; including pot and plant hire. Avellino Pizza have joined Flavio operating from inside the showroom cooking pizzas from his wood oven for dine in and takeaway. Events are also welcome celebrating all occasions. We have also opened our café in the Flavio Showroom Monday to Friday.
What makes Flavio different?
In the 25 plus years that Flavio has been operating, we have gained a reputation in SA and more recently across Australia, for quality, style and durability. While the range of pots and products at Flavio has grown beyond solely sandstone products, the ideology of quality of style as the priority has not changed. In fact, our sandstone products are still hand made from our factory in Greenacres!
Flavio Outdoor was created to help people enjoy their outdoor space. Put simply:
“We can start at the front fence and finish at the back fence”, given our extensive range of outdoor living solutions.
We also take pride in being able to customize products for projects of all sizes. Despite the growth and diversification of Flavio, it has remained a family owned and run business, proudly South Australian.
What makes you smile?
Using creativity and problem-solving skills to design new pot designs and fulfil challenging customer requests. Being able to create something unique and beautiful that meets the needs of our customers is very rewarding, and seeing their satisfaction and appreciation can bring a smile to our face. Personally, seeing my 3 sons happy and healthy.
What is the best and worst advice you have ever received?
Best advice - Never give up!
Worst advice – It is what it is!
What are you most thankful for?
I am thankful and blessed with a beautiful family and amazing staff. Walking into the Flavio showroom makes me happy and Saturday nights are fun when friends visit to share a pizza and glass of wine.
How would your friends describe you?
Kind and full of life but some friends might say I am passionate about work.
What are you listening to in the car at the moment?
My playlist includes Michael Bublé, George Benson, Bruno Mars, Steely Dan and much more, always playing in the Flavio Showroom.
